Frequently Asked Questions
If a student drops a course within 2 days of the first scheduled class, you may receive a full refund.
If a student drops a course after the first class, you may receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
If a student drops a course after the 2nd week, you will not receive a refund unless there are extenuating circumstance which will be left to the discretion of the High Meadow Adminsitration.
Children will be expected to conduct themeselves in the same way they do during the regular school day.
If a conflict or disruption occurs, parents/guardians will be notified by the teacher. A mediation may be required in order for your child to continue participation. If there are ongoing issues of conflict or disruption by the same student, he/she may be asked to leave the course (A prorated refund will be offered at that time).
If a class is cancelled due to lack of enrollment or any other unforseen issues, you will receive a full refund and an email cancellation notice.
If an individual session is canceled, an email will be sent no later than noon the previous day (unless there is a late minute cancellation due to an emergency (weather/sickness, etc.), and we will email, phone and/or text). If we don’t reach you in time, your child will be sent to Aftercare. We will also announce cancellations on the top bar of this website.
Joining a class once a course has started will be left to the discretion of the instructor. The cost of the course will be prorated.
