The game of soccer — more commonly referred to outside the United States as football — has long been one of the most popular sports in the world. With origins that date back many centuries, soccer is played by people of all ages. There’s so much that comes from being a good teammate – collaboration, leadership skills, communication – especially in the culture around soccer.
The goal is that by the end of the season, we hope every kid has grown their skill set, and also their confidence, on and off the field. It is also an opportunity to build solid friendships they may not have had otherwise.
About Ashlee Fazio: Coach Ashlee has been playing soccer since she was four years old. She grew up around the sport and fell in love with it right away. Coach Ashlee has experience playing every position and loves to help her players find the right spot on the field. She strives to instill the main principles of soccer in all players, such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and perseverance. Ashlee continues to play soccer in her spare time, participating in various women’s and co-ed leagues in the area.
