Thank You, Body!

The Thank You, Body! class combines essential oil-infused yoga and meditation with real talk about the complicated relationship we have with our bodies, food and movement. During this 6-week series, students will learn helpful tools to use at home and at school to reset their mood and improve their relationship with their bodies. They’ll also learn how to use yoga as a method of tuning OUT the noise of diet culture and tuning IN to their body’s own intuitive needs when it comes to movement, emotional support and eating.



About Katy Weber: Katy is a speaker, author, and coach who specializes in non-diet approaches to health and wellness, including intuitive eating. She is a certified holistic health coach, trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as well as a certified yoga teacher. Katy was the head coach for many seasons for the Girls on the Run program at Marbletown Elementary.
