Intermediate Camp (1st – 4th Grade)

Full Day (9AM - 4PM): $450

Intermediate campers are placed in small groups based on age/grade with approximately 15 campers in each.  Each group has 3 counselors and is supported by the intermediate camp division leader.  Although groups move through a balanced daily schedule provided by HMSC, daily option periods are introduced in the Intermediate division allowing campers to choose which activities they would like to go to during a particular part of the day.  Allowing campers to self determine which programs they like best gives them a chance to feed passions they have discovered or learn about new subjects they are currently interested in.

Intermediate campers in the 2nd and 3rd grade also get to participate in some of our off-campus activities such as bowling and roller skating when offered and space is available.  Weekly schedules will include athletic activities, arts and crafts, nature programming, outdoor adventure, cooking, playgrounds, farming, scooters, mad science, and so much more.  All of our specialty activities are run by HMSC staff who love to share their areas of expertise with our campers.  Weekly special events such as petting zoos, carnivals, and divisional games along with special theme days will round out what will be an amazing summer for our intermediate campers.
